The biggest and baddest race on ice is coming back to the Harpoon Eddies on February 17th. Harpoon Racing has teamed up with one of the Godfathers of racing, Roy Oliver AKA “The Golden Child” to bring the race to you this year. It’s a place where the fastest sleds in the world compete for some of the largest payouts in racing. It’s the event of the season, the Harpoon 500 Golden Child Nationals!
As long as the weather permits you all to come out and see adrenaline-pumping races on super face sleds driven by the best in the world, this is going to be the most fun you’ve had at a race all year. The event, its tech, and scales will be run by Kirsch from the Seneca Falls Raceway. Anyone who knows Kirsch, or has been to one of the events he has put on in his career knows just how amazing the races are set to be!
The race is set to be 100% payout, with some huge bonus money this year! When it comes to judging the finishes Kirsch is one of the best in the business, and always makes a fair judgment so be ready to see some legitimately exhilarating finishes! This is going to be a race you do not want to miss.
Registration and pre-tech will be open on Friday, February 16th. We ask that you please sign up that evening at the timing trailer and get pre-tech done to ensure a proper 9 am sharp race time Saturday morning.
