Opening May 3, Sylvan Beach Supply Co. is your outfitter for all things water sports fun. Whether you’re looking to rent a boat and go tubing, paddle around in a kayak rental, or cast out and go fishing, you’ve come to the right place for exploring & adventure on Oneida Lake.
Just across the channel you’ll find Snug Harbour, the best and only spot to fuel up on the east side of Oneida Lake. You can also stop by Maple Leaf Market on Route 13 or SavOn Oneida Lake, our nearby convenience stores offering gas, coffee, handmade food prepared and packaged daily, heat-and-eat meals from the restaurants at Turning Stone Resort Casino, snacks, groceries, beer and more.
If it’s fun and it floats, we have it for rental! That includes pontoon, deck, ski and fishing boats… plus paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and water-bikes!
A boater’s safety course MUST be completed by anyone who will be operating the boat. Proof-of-class completion will be required. We want our guests to have the most fun they can with our rentals — while also being safe.

Sylvan Beach Supply Co. also offers grab-and-go items from Turning Stone restaurants, groceries, beer, sundries, freshly brewed Utica coffee and more. Service is available inside at the counter or outside from the service window on the large deck. There you'll have plenty of tables and Adirondack chairs where you can relax, enjoy a bite and soak up the views across the lake.
You can even arrive by boat, with dockside parking for guests to tie up and shop for day-on-the-lake essentials. Looking to reel in a walleye or bass? You’ll find plenty of fishing poles, tackle and other essentials available to rent. How big of fish tales will you be able to tell? We’ll leave that to you.
Vacation cottages at The Cove include your own personal pontoon boat and slip during your stay. Others may rent them at Sylvan Beach Supply Co.
